Welcome Coach Susan Shaw-Douberly!
Bayshore Christian School is excited to announce Susan Shaw-Douberly as our new Head Volleyball Coach for the Bayshore Eagles! With over a decade of coaching experience, Susan brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for developing Christian leaders both on and off the court.
Susan holds a B.S. in Christian Leadership and Ministry and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Mobile. Susan has trained players at all levels of the game, her playing and coaching experience includes top clubs such as Nebraska Elite, Omaha Momentum, KC Premier, Mavs KC, and she is currently a Master Coach with United States Juniors Volleyball Academy. As a former standout player, Susan led her teams to several tournament championships, state tournaments, a NCAA Division II collegiate conference title, and a 2009 NJCAA National Runner-Up finish.
Susan is married to Jerrad Douberly, a proud mother to a current Bayshore student-athlete, and has three stepchildren. Alongside her coaching, she is the owner of 29 Strategies, a marketing firm, and Two the Nines, an online boutique.
